Based in the UCD Richview Newstead campus, APEP combines teaching, learning and research in the disciplines of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Planning and Environmental Policy.
UCD APEP is unique in connecting the disciplines of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Policy and Planning. Together these subjects advance knowledge, teaching and research related to the built and natural environment, addressing the challenges of climate change and building sustainable communities.
Our Research
Unique in a national and international context in combining the disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture, spatial planning and environmental policy, the School contributes to the Irish society and economy while shaping international research agendas through a wide spectrum of research activities across and between these four disciplines.
