Portals

We provide the following portals that enable UCD students and staff to access reports, applications and our other services.

UCD Connect

UCD Connect is where you can access your day-to-day UCD applications, such as your email, calendar, Google Drive, Brightspace, Zoom and InfoHub, as well as links to other UCD services including your UCD Library loans and catalogue. You can find a link to UCD Connect in the top right of most UCD websites or you can go directly to www.ucd.ie/connect.

InfoHub

InfoHub, which you can access via UCD Connect or directly at hub.ucd.ie, is our service and information portal for UCD staff. Here you can log in to view reports, use a wide range of online systems and services, manage your staff training and development, and update your UCD staff profile.

SISWeb

SISWeb is the UCD student portal and is also found via UCD Connect. New students first get access to SISWeb when they apply to UCD so that they can register for their programme. Once they have reached a certain point in their registration, new students receive their UCD Connect details to allow them access the full range of SISWeb services, which includes queries relating to fees, grants, transcripts, programmes, courses, applications, module access - in short, anything to do with a student record. Students with queries about their own student records or UCD information should contact the UCD Student Desk for assistance.

UCD Intranet

Our Intranet sites, requiring UCD Connect authentication, are restricted websites to share information and resources with UCD’s community. Depending on requirements, Intranet sites can be restricted to staff only, student only or provide authenticated access to both staff and students. Central Intranet sites such for the UCD President's Office, Registrar and UCD Research are available at (opens in a new window)intranet.ucd.ie and other Intranet sites are managed and communicated locally.
