We provide the following systems for UCD staff in the area of relationship management.

Rowan

Rowan, UCD's Global Partnership Database hosted on InfoHub, integrates information from across UCD to provide a directory of strategic partners and an integrated profile for each. UCD staff can search for any university for information on our current engagement, and reports are also available by country and by college.

UniShare CRM

UniShare is UCD's secure customer relationship management (CRM) tool for managing interactions with students, prospective students and staff. A component of InfoHub, UniShare is fully integrated with each student's record in Banner or each prospective student's application in InfoHub. It enables users to record all phone, in-person and email contacts, plus it provides extensive reporting on contacts for analysis. UniShare also presents details of the student's academic information, recruitment leads and enquiries, applications, events, scholarships and email history, right through the student lifecycle.
