What is Nitro?
Nitro offers PDF document management and eSigning products.
Two Nitro services are available for UCD staff, on request:
- Nitro Sign lets you upload a document and send it securely to the signatory as a PDF to sign online without the need to print, sign, scan or email documents.
Signers can add their signature to documents from any web browser on a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Nitro Sign also offers real-time notifications detailing when a document has been viewed, shared, commented on, or signed. If there are multiple signers, senders can tell exactly who has signed and who has not. - Nitro Sign account holders may also download and use Nitro PDF Pro. This is PDF editing software that allows you to create, convert, combine and edit PDF documents.
Nitro and your data
All UCD data is held within EU Data Centres. This includes both Nitro Sign and Nitro PDF Plus.
