Time Management
Your UCD Google Calendar can be accessed by going to UCD Connect and logging in with your UCD Connect username and password. With Google Calendar you can organise your schedule effectively, create a shared calendar for your office or team, set up Zoom video calls, and plan meetings more efficiently.
Office Software
Your UCD Google access includes the comprehensive suite of Google Workspace applications for simplifying your work collaboration. Google Docs, Sheets and Slides let you edit and share documents, spreadsheets and presentations through Google Drive. Google Keep and Tasks help you organise your work and share to-do items with colleagues. Google Forms enables you to create quick and easy online forms for managing events, surveys or feedback.
Microsoft Office 365 is also available to UCD students and staff, who can set up their access with their UCD email address and active UCD Connect account.
