Ensure your device is running a supported operating system
Microsoft and Apple periodically end support for older operating systems. Continuing to use devices running unsupported operating systems to access the UCD network, either on campus or from home, is in breach of both the University’s Acceptable Use Policy and Device Protection policy and will expose University data to serious risk.
IT Services strongly recommends that you replace any device not running a supported operating system.
IT Services do not provide support for devices running operating systems that are not fully supported by either Microsoft or Apple.
