Submission of The Joint Degree Report

The Chair will compile and submit the Joint Degree Report on behalf of the Examiners.

There is a limit of 3,500 characters per section, and the report can be saved as a draft. (All mandatory sections of the report must contain text, and have tick boxes ticked, for the draft to save).

  • Once the report is submitted, it is the Chair's responsibility to ensure that the Examiners approve the Joint Degree Report (JDR) in the eThesis system. The JDR will then be reviewed and approved by ACCE. In certain cases, clarification may be needed, and the Chair will be notified via email.
  • The Joint Degree Report will be approved by ACCE. 
  • Should clarification be required you will be notified by email.
