About the Association
The objectives of the UCD Retired Staff Association are:
- To ensure that members continue to be an integral part of the UCD community
- To provide a focal point for cultural, educational and social activities
- To provide space in the Maurice Kennedy Research Centre (MKRC) to facilitate research
- To promote independence and the use of members’ talents for the benefit of UCD
The Association (UCD-RSA) has evolved from the activities of the Maurice Kennedy Research Centre (MKRC) which was established in 1988 as a centre for staff to continue academic and community interests after retirement.
The Association is open to all retired staff of the University in receipt of a pension from the University.
