Asst Prof Morgan Fraser
Dr. Morgan Fraser is an Assistant Professor of Astronomy in the School of Physics at UCD. After obtaining his PhD from Queens University Belfast, he spent a number of years as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge. After being awarded a Royal Society - Science Foundation Ireland University Research Fellowship he moved to UCD in 2016. His research interests include the explosion of massive stars as supernovae, gravitational waves and multi-messenger astronomy, and using machine learning in data-intensive astronomical surveys.
