UCD Teaching and Learning is offering a number of identical Information Sessions on the e2s Academic Advising System as part of the Academic Advising Initiative Pilot.
This session is targeted towards people who have used the system previously, and will focus on available support resources, new developments and changes to the system from last year, and best practice strategies for using the e2s System to streamline Academic Advising processes. The training itself should take about 30 minutes with time for Q&A.
After this training you will be able to:
- Send and review introductory emails to groups of students
- Initiate conversations with advisees
- Publish Calendar Availability
- Record Appointment Notes and Attendance
- Distribute Academic Plans
- Send Surveys/Reflections
- Use the reports/dashboards to review student engagement
The Audience for this session is Staff only - The training has been designed for academic advisors participating in the Academic Advising Pilot. School and college administrators from the relevant units are welcome to attend.
