UCD Teaching and Learning will hold an online Information Session regarding the Professional Programmes University Teaching and Learning commencing in September 2026 on Wednesday 25th March at 13:00.
The modules available on the Programmes starting in September 2026 are Reflective Practice in Teaching and Learning (formerly Becoming a Better University Teacher) (online), Designing Curricula (in person) and a brand new module Contemporary Matters (in TL) in Higher Education (in person). These three modules will take place in the Autumn trimester 2026/27.

A Certificate of CPD University Teaching & Learning is awarded on successful completion of a single module (7.5 ECTS). The Professional Certificate is awarded to those candidates who successfully complete two modules. Upon completion of the Professional Certificate, two further modules can be undertaken for the award of a Professional Diploma, University Teaching and Learning, which carries a credit volume of 30 ECTS.
