Our in-house AV system is very user-friendly and suitable for fascinating presentations and video conferencing needs. Our AV setup is dependent on the room hired as there are slight variations in technical capacities for each of our meeting rooms.
While a number of the meeting rooms have built-in audio-visual equipment, UCD University Club also works with a number of external companies to ensure your AV requirements are met. For more details please email enquiries.club@ucd.ie.
The Oak, Beech and Birch Suites:
Each room can facilitate both wired and wireless connections for your presentation needs.
Our AV system for our Cedar and Cypress Suites consists of an 85' or 65' LCD Plasma Screen for your presentation and video conferencing needs. Paired with a Logitech camera this system is user-friendly, simply connect via HDMI. The system consists of:
