Two Papers by Professor Da-Wen Sun Among 15 Most Downloaded and Cited in International Journal of Food Science & Technology in the Last 3 Years

International Journal of Food Science and Technology has recently launched a virtual special issue, containing 15 articles selected as the Editor’s pick of recent years. These papers represent a collection of papers published in the journal that have created impacts amongst fellow researchers in the field in the last 3 years. The articles have been selected based on the number of citations and downloads the manuscripts have received since their publication. Among these 15 papers, two are authored by Professor Da-Wen Sun, as detailed below:

The above papers are free to view from July 2022 through to the end of December 2022. The collection offers a deep dive view of how research is transforming Food Science and Technology through novel processing techniques, exploratory research on the chemical composition of foods, determination of biological functionality, the impact of food on nutrition and how all of these factors contribute to increased consumer perception of novel foods.
