Appointment Booking

For recent UCD graduates, the Careers Network offers one-on-one Careers & Skills Appointments to alumni within two years of their graduation.

Please email (opens in a new window)careers@ucd.ie to book your appointment.

During busy periods (generally weeks 1 to 7 of trimesters 1 and 2), where there is a high demand for appointments, current UCD students are given priority for the booking of one-to-one consultations, with limited appointments available for UCD alumni. Also, please note that UCD alumni may book a maximum of one appointment per week / two appointments over the course of an academic trimester.

There are two kinds of appointments available:

  1. Advice on Applications & Interview Preparation (20 minutes)
    • Get advice on an application
    • Review your CV & Cover Letter
    • Prepare for an Interview
    • Improve your LinkedIn profile
  2. Career Consultations (30 minutes)
    • Talk about your career options
    • Make a plan for your next steps
    • Cover anything else career-related
