Early Years Educator Position Available
EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR POSITION AVAILABLE
Oakmount Crèche are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified Full Time (40 Hours p/week) Early Years Educator.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES..
- Ensuring the individual needs of children are identified and met.
- Assess and plan for children’s learning based on their interests and needs within the Aistear Curriculum Framework.
- Ability to work in collaboration within the team.
- To have the knowledge to support and scaffold each child’s individual learning journey.
- Administrative skills are needed to document learning and maintain all relevant records.
- Awareness of early year’s regulations, relevant legislation and policies.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and operational practices at all times. Ensuring positive working relationships are developed and maintained with children, staff, parents and carers.
- Good communication skills-Fluency in both spoken & written English.
- To have a “can do” positive attitude, with a passion for working in the Early Years sector.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE..
- An Early Years Education Qualification QQI Award, either Level 5/6/7/8 from a recognized body.
- Knowledge of working with the Aistear-Siolta practice guide Curriculum.
- Good communication skills - Fluency in both spoken & written English.
- Where needed candidates must have out of jurisdiction vetting (translated).
