Oakmount Fees Policy 2025
Oakmount Crèche is delighted to be able to offer a part-time schedule to our families.
There are, however, parameters that need to be in place in order for the part-time schedule to be a viable option for the centre.
These are the following guidelines:
- Part-time can only be offered if there is a match within your Child's room. Eg: (a 3 x day family matches with a 2 x day family). The centre will find a match.
- A "part day" or "sessional" schedule is not an option for the centre.

- If you are interested in a part-time place, please make this known to the office so that
the manager can try and match interested families. - Please note that once days are agreed upon, these days must be adhered to in order to
facilitate a match in your child's room. Days may only be changed with prior consent
from the manager. - Please also be advised that for continuity for the child & for an adequate match to be
found, days must also be consecutive. - As per our terms & conditions, please note that bank holidays must also be paid for &
cannot be refunded/or alternative days offered in its place. - If your child's standing order needs to be adjusted for your new schedule, please allow
adequate time for this change & to remember to cancel the existing instruction.
