Budget reallocations and no cost extensions

The terms and conditions of a funding agency may allow budget to be reallocated between cost headings. Similarly, the funding agencies' rules may permit the grant end-date to be extended subject to formal approval. An application may have to be submitted to the funding agency for approval.
