Bulk Update of Pay Multiplier, CC Allocation

Bulk Maintain Pay Multiplier & Cost Centre Allocation

This form is used to facilitate multiple changes to the period values for the selected account. A typical example is to set a Pay Multiplier of 0 for several staff for the summer months to reflect term-time working.

As with the Detailed Staff Input form used to amend details for a single individual, the interaction of the BegBalance value and the Period values is critical. The BegBalance value, if present, will override any period values. Therefore if you want to control costs by period, you should remove the BegBalance value. See further discussion of Pay Multiplier, Cost Centre Allocation and Reported FTE.

The form may be used to update Pay Multipliers or Cost Centre Allocations.

It is usually easiest to use the form in SmartView to avail of Excel navigation and easy deletion of multiple cells.
