NonScale

To plan for NonScale costs, make sure to use the scale code NonScale. Other nonscale codes will produce 0 costs as the system has not been programmed to treat them as special scales.

Total Cost

To plan for a Total Cost line i.e. a line where you specify the total costs, inclusive of employer costs, use the payscale TotalCostPayscale. Enter the amount in the column Total Cost Input.

Data disappearing when Moving or Copying

Data must be associated with a Payscale and Point e.g. 0123_X.7, not just 0123_X. If you enter or select the payscale without the relevant point as the destination Payscale, then the data will not appear on the form.

Copy data from Overnight

A copy of the Working Staff Plan data is taken automatically overnight, and is stored in the Overnight version. You can compare this against the Working plan to see what has been changed since yesterday. You can also copy from the Overnight version to the Working version by selecting the Overnight version on the Staff Input form and then running the rule 'Copy this row to Submission Working' for the relevant row.
