Compare Staff Plans
This form allows the user to compare 2 plans. The user can select the 2 plans in the point-of-view. The variables that they are stored in are called SPComparison1 and SPComparison2 respectively. A red box indicates the 2 variables in the screenshot.
Note that Overnight is one of the permitted plan versions and it can be useful to compare the Working plan against the Overnight plan to identify where differences from yesterday's Working plan have occurred.
Whichever plan is selected as SPComparison1 will be listed first in the main form for each of the accounts and will also be shaded. A variance column is also shown. Blue boxes in the screenshot indicate the sets of column headings.
The accounts that are shown on the form are:
- Salary & Costs
- Reported FTE
- Forecast Start Date and Forecast End Date
