Overview
IT Services offer training on Excel, Word and PowerPoint to staff and students.
There are occasional courses on Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project.
Training takes place in the IT Services training room.
There is also an online option for students. (Staff have LinkedIn Learning online courses).
Getting Started
Staff Classroom Training is available from the People Development icon in UCD Connect.
Staff Online Training is available through LinkedIn Learning.
Student Online Training is available through the MyCareers (Students) icon in UCD Connect.
Student Classroom Training is available through the SISWeb icon in UCD Connect, then to the Campus tab and finally Book Student IT Training.
