Thursday, November 7, 2019 - UCD College of Business will host former Taoiseach of Ireland Enda Kenny as the guest of honour at the School’s UCD Business School London Dinner on Thursday, November 7 at the Savoy Hotel, London. Former Taoiseach Kenny will join comedian Jarlath Regan, host of the Irishman Abroad podcast, in a lively and entertaining
interview that brings together UCD Business alumni and friends living in the greater London area. The annual philanthropic event will raise funds in support of scholarships for students at Ireland’s top-ranked business School.

Special guests on the night will be eight UCD alumni who were part of the five-time, All-Ireland senior football championship team. They include Cian O’Sullivan, Con O’Callaghan, David Byrne, Eoin Murchan, John Small, Michael Fitzsimons, Brian Fenton and Peadar O’Byrne Cofaigh.

UCD Director of Business Alumni Relations Tara Collins said, “Our annual event in London allows us an opportunity to bring together our community of alumni, friends and business partners to connect and share memories of UCD. It also allows us to talk about the future of the School and how our community can be a part of shaping business learning in Ireland for years to come. It’s an exciting time to be part of the UCD Business community.”

The black-tie event will be held at The Savoy Hotel, Strand, London and will begin with a drinks reception at 7:15 pm followed by dinner. For ticket and table bookings, please register here or email Orla O’Malley at orlaeventmanagement@gmail.com. All proceeds go to scholarship funds.
