We are delighted to announce the Earth Institute Randomised Coffee Trials (RCT) initiative. Responding to the call to appreciate serendipitous encounters and build new connections, our RCT initiative fosters organic interactions among our members.
Participants opt-in to receive randomised matches, inviting them to share a coffee break with a person from a different school or college. These encounters are open-ended, allowing for both work-related discussions and professional connections to flourish.
What begins as a simple coffee break transcends its ordinary guise, becoming a catalyst for collaboration and relationship building. RCTs offer individuals the chance to discover unexpected synergies, break down silos, and foster a culture of collaboration.
Registration for the Randomised Coffee Trials in March are now closed but will reopen for the May and October call for participants.
