Environment and Bioeconomy Lab

This lab is dedicated to solving policy problems at the interface of human relations with the natural and built environment, under the broad themes of risk and policy design. The range of research spans work on risk perceptions, biases and motivations that inform behaviours, and the design of public policy, and policy instruments, to promote preferential outcomes and reduce negative externalities.

We are particularly interested in examining how people adapt to major environmental ricks such as climate change and how policies can be designed to encourage adaptation behaviour.
