Visit by Ambassador Dr. Ann Derwin, Irish Ambassador to China, to GDIC

GDIC was delighted to host a very successful visit by Ambassador Dr. Ann Derwin (Irish Ambassador to China), her Embassy team and Education Ireland on Wednesday 10th May. Her visit coincided with a GDIC Welcome Ceremony and UCD Scarfing Ceremony for all students. During the visit the Ambassador met with GDIC and SCAU leadership teams, toured the GDIC facilities and SCAU campus, planted a "friendship tree" symbolising the UCD/SCAU collaboration and addressed all students. She was warmly and very enthousiastically welcomed!
