Tutoring opportunity for PhD students

UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School is looking for a few more PhD students who are interested in leading tutorials for the first-year undergraduate module "Business and Society" in the first semester (mid September - end November 2025) at Quinn Business School (on campus). Each tutorial group consists of 25–30 students, and sessions are 50 minutes long. There are five sessions per group over the course of the semester, and you are invited to take on several groups.

The module introduces students to key debates and issues in the Business and Society field (e.g., What is the responsibility of business toward society in the Global South? How can we make business more responsible? Whether eco-sustainability reporting should be mandatory or not). Three of the five tutorial sessions are student debates and require basically only moderations. There will also be some grading responsibilities, which are compensated separately.
