UCD's Data Revolution in Health

UCD is a global leader in predictive modelling, precision medicine and data-driven healthcare, working with clinical, industry and international partners to deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve patient outcomes. Researchers are advancing cancer care, maternal health and biomedical innovation through projects such as AI PREMie, digital twin models and genomics-based clinical studies. Institutes including the UCD Conway Institute, UCD Clinical Research Centre and Systems Biology Ireland are building secure digital infrastructure, pioneering ‘omics’ research and driving next-generation precision medicine. Ireland’s first Digital Surgery Unit at the Mater Hospital further showcases UCD’s role in shaping future human-machine collaboration in healthcare.
