Postwar Memory, Postcolonial Conflict, and the Construction of 'Genocide'

Professor Dirk Moses gave a paper at the Centre for War Studies on Postwar Memory, Postcolonial Conflict and the construction of 'genocide.' It developed arguments from his forthcoming book: The Problems of Genocide: Permanent Security and the Language of Transgression (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2020). DIrk Moses is recognized as one of the world's leading scholars of genocide. He is a senior fellow at the Lichtenberg-Kolleg at the University of Göttingen and professor of modern history at the University of Sydney.
