Important Notice:

Some areas of James Joyce Library Level 2 will be closed to library users from Wednesday, 31st July for essential maintenance and upgrades to the fire alarm system. Some study areas and book collections on Level 2 will be inaccessible for parts of the project. Notices of closures and a book retrieval service will be in place in areas affected.

There will be some noise and disruption. Quieter study areas may be found on other floors of the James Joyce Library.

Book retrieval service - users can request books or journals that are temporarily inaccessible by going to the Service Desk on Level 1, or using the Library Chat during opening hours (9-5pm). Requests can also be made by emailing libraryinfo@ucd.ie.
