RUMC Farewell Ceremony 2025

Congratulations to all our RUMC UCD students who celebrated their Farewell Ceremony on 26 November 2025. 41 students from Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the Unites States, as well as their friends and family took part in the special event.

The Ceremony was presented by Professor Patrick Felle (Associate Dean, International Relations, UCD School of Medicine), and was attended by First Secretary Ms Intan Nadia Ramli, Professor Paddy Mallon (Dean and Head of UCD School of Medicine) and distinguished guests.

Students selected their favourite teachers and presented them with flowers:

Dr Deidre Brennan, Dr Christine Costello, Dr Koon men Chan, Dr Melinda Halasz, and Dr Mark Pickering.

Well done and all the very best to the students for their two and a half years of clinical studies in Penang.
