On this page you can find answers to frequently asked questions about registering and mobilising your grant. 


Setting up and mobilising a new grant


Our mobilisation team can advise you on many aspects of starting to mobilise your grant. Please contact us at grantreg@ucd.ie, if you would like to arrange a meeting with your dedicated support person.

If UCD is the lead or Co-Ordinator in the project, please complete this form and a member of our grant reg team will be in touch within 3 days.

Where UCD is a partner -NOT the lead or co-ordinator- in a project, a Consortium Agreement will be drafted by the lead organisation and the UCD Grant Registration Team will organise the internal review by UCD Legal, NovaUCD and Research Finance Offices. Liaising with the lead organisation is the responsibility of the PI. If you have a consortium agreement ready for review by the contracts team please submit it at grantreg@ucd.ie.

Please complete this form and one of the Grant Registration team members will contact you shortly. If you require further assistance, please contact grantreg@ucd.ie with your query stating if:

  • this is new award or is it linked to an existing award number,
  • who is the third party of the agreement
  • if the third party of the agreement is industry
