360 Degree Reviews

360 Degree Reviews

The Research Culture Initiative 360 Review Pilot is now open! The deadline to submit an expression of interest is Friday 25 March 2022.

This is a voluntary scheme for members of the research community at UCD to invite line managers, postdoctoral research associates, research support staff, technicians, and colleagues to provide feedback anonymously. The topics for feedback will be: Leadership, Mentorship, Decision Making, Communication, and a Summary Strengths & Opportunities.

We hope to have 20 such evaluations carried out across UCD. Feedback will be given via surveys designed to last not more than 10 minutes. Summaries of the feedback will be held only by the person being reviewed.

Interested?

Tell us a bit about yourself in the form below.

Following the pilot, we will conduct an evaluation with participants of the pilot using an anonymous follow-on survey. We will ask about the experience of the 360 degree review, the benefits it may have brought as well as disadvantages. This will form part of the assessment made on the value of a wider roll-out for this type of review.
