FocusHub

FocusHub offers informal "body-doubling" study sessions that are open to all UCD students.

Body-doubling is a practice of studying in parallel with other people to help with focus and accountability. It can be particularly helpful for students with ADHD and autism, but it's suitable for everyone.

A simple session could make the difference to your workload and your grade!

FocusHub study sessions are open to any UCD student who is struggling with focus or interested in developing study skills. (opens in a new window)You can sign up using this Google form.

If you have any questions, you can leave them at the end of the form above, or get in touch with your Student Adviser.

This pilot programme has been developed in collaboration with ADHD Ireland.
