Undergraduate Stage 4 Medals & Project Prizes 2023/24
Just before the conferring ceremony on September 4th 2024, the highest achieving students from the BSc Hons Class of 2024 were awarded School medals and prizes for their outstanding work in Stage 4 of their degrees.
Every year a number of prestigious School of Chemistry Undergraduate Medals are awarded to outstanding students in our Bachelor of Science Honours programmes.
Aoife Allen was awarded the Professor Hugh Ryan Memorial Medal (Stage 4 BSc Chemistry)
Searena Carroll and Emilija Stankeviciute both won the Professor Dervilla Donnelly Medal (Stage 4 Medicinal Chemistry & Chemical Biology)
Arno Bannerjee and Vanessa Nobis received the Professor Howard Sidebottom Medal (Stage 4 BSc Chemistry with Environmental & Sustainable Chemistry
Searena Carroll won a specially engraved conical flask for the Best Stage 4 Project Prize 2023/24.
Head of School Professor James Sullivan presented the prizes at the event.
Academic staff and the students' families were on hand to celebrate the achievements of the winners. Congratulations to each of you.
