There are 2 forms for viewing or setting the % FTE Attributed To My School. For viewing it is often easiest to use the Percent FTE Report - see StFee Reports. To change % attributions, the forms are to be used.
Assumptions sub-form
This form shows all of the relevant Majors/Stages to which the FM has access. The columns for the selected school are shown before other schools. There are likely to be majors for which there are no attributions for this school. Percentages may be entered for this school or for other schools to which the FM has access.
Major Details sub-form.
The Major Details sub-form is available by right-clicking on a Major from the Detailed Input - My Majors form. Note the navigation path boxed in red at the top of the screenshot below. Clicking on the link to Detailed Input - My Majors will allow the user to navigate back to the form from which they came.
This form shows details for the particular Major only and so is usually easier to work with. The current school is shown before others and Stages/Years are listed as columns. This form is generally the easiest to work with for entry of % FTEs.
