HI as a Venue
It is possible for UCD staff to book the Humanities Institute seminar room (Room H.204) for seminars, symposia and conferences. The room seats up to 50 people and is equipped with a projector, screen and laptop and set up to cater for hybrid events. Zoom should be used for online audiences.
The UCD Humanities Institute is located on the Belfield campus. We are building number 30 (grid reference F9) on the UCD Campus Map (insert link to (opens in a new window)https://ucdestates.ie/information/ucd-maps/).
Catering should be ordered from the campus-based UCD preferred suppliers and can be delivered to the second floor lobby area, outside the seminar room. Catering orders are the responsibility of the event organiser. Advice on catering suppliers is available at (opens in a new window)humanities@ucd.ie.
