Await Approval

Each site has its own proforma - make sure to use the correct one. You must wait for formal approval before beginning any data collection. Once approved, you may proceed with your audit as outlined in your proforma.

Interns selected to present at the UCD Intern Audit Day will be required to submit their final audit report to their hospital’s Clinical Audit Office in advance of the event.
