Request a Replacement Ucard
Students who require a replacement Ucard, due to loss, theft, damage, or wear and tear will be subject to a replacement charge of €20.
Student must ensure they have €20 credit on their Ucard account before requesting a replacement Ucard.

If you cannot perform an online topup of your Ucard account, you may visit the Ucard Bureau and pay using cash or credit/debit card.
To request a replacement Ucard click (opens in a new window)here, and complete and submit the Replacement Ucard request form.
When your replacement Ucard has been printed, you will receive an email to your UCDConnect email inviting you to come and collect your Ucard from the Ucard Bureau.
For urgent Ucard replacements, you may visit the Ucard Bureau and a replacement Ucard can be printed on demand.
