Welcome from the Director of Human Resources

As Ireland’s largest university and one of Dublin’s biggest employers, our great strength lies in the diversity of disciplines that we offer as a research intensive university, with many opportunities for our employees to grow and develop. The international profile of our community has also grown with over 30% of employees coming from overseas. This is truly an exciting place to work.

UCD Human Resources Strategy 2022-2024 – The Revolution of Work

Our strategy - The Revolution of Work, builds on successes and progression already achieved through our previous strategy, Growing through people, and envisages a supportive, developmental environment and culture based on four established strategic pillars:
