College Office

Welcome to the College of Engineering and Architecture.

The College Office team is here to support you, we look after students both at an undergraduate and graduate taught level across Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, City Planning & Environmental Policy programmes.

We are the first point of contact for student queries, and we are located on the first floor of the Engineering & Materials Science Centre. Our team provides advice and support on a range of student issues such as registration, programme information, extenuating circumstances, withdrawal/leave of absence, recognition of prior learning and internal programme transfers.

The quickest way to get your query answered is via the Engineering & Architecture Student Connector. Queries received via our Student Connector are continually monitored and we aim to respond to all queries within one working day.

Opening hours: In respect of the 2023/2024 Academic Year

The College Office opening hours are as follows.

Monday to Thursday 10am to 1pm and from 1.30pm until 4pm. We offer a 'drop-in service' for student enquiries and can deal with basic queries at our reception desk. However, if you require a meeting with a member of our team, we will facilitate one-to-one meetings on an appointment only basis and we are also happy to arrange meetings online via Zoom. You can request a meeting through our Student Connector. Our general office hours for email contact are 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
