This committee is a subgroup of the College of Engineering and Architecture Programme Board. This committee is chaired by the Dean of the College, Professor Aoife Ahern.
Please see the College EPBSAC meeting schedule below. This includes the deadline for submission of applications. The committee will not be able to consider applications submitted after the deadline.
What applications can I submit to EPBSAC for consideration?

| Retrospective Leave of Absence from Programme | College Office Connector | Retrospective applications (those submitted 8 weeks after trimester commences) will only be approved in extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation is required. Please contact the College Office Connector for advice. |
| Substitute Option Module | College Office Connector | Only permissible at the beginning of the academic year and strictly with Programme Director Support. |
