Degree Programmes in University College Dublin
UCD provides degrees at Bachelor's, Diploma, Master's and Doctoral level in a broad range of subjects.
Undergraduate Degrees (Bachelor Degrees)
Entry to all our Undergraduate programmes is competitive but places are available for suitably qualified international students.
Students should see the Fees and Grants Office website to establish their fee status. This will determine the application process.
EU Students
Prospective students who are considered "EU" for fees purposes must apply for a place the Central Applications Office (www.cao.ie).
Late applications may be accepted until 1st May on payment of a fee, depending on the availability of places.

Non-EU Students
All other students must apply DIRECTLY to UCD through www.ucd.ie/apply
Students in China, India, Malaysia, Norway and Russia can also apply through approved agents in their countries. Lists of these agents are accessible via the relevant country pages - please see menu at the bottom of this page.
The closing date for receipt of applications from students applying through agents is 15th of February for admission to programmes which begin the following September.
For all other students, the application deadline is 11 March 2008 for programmes commencing in September 2008.

Postgraduate Degrees (Graduate / Masters & Doctoral Degrees)
UCD has the broadest range of graduate programmes in Ireland. All applications for admission to graduate courses at UCD are made directly to the school involved. Most programmes start once a year, in September, although research degrees in some departments can begin at any time of the year, by agreement with the supervisor. Diploma and Master's courses usually have a Course Director from whom application forms, and further information, are available.

Postgraduate Studies
The deadline for applications to Postgraduate programmes varies between schools. Please check with the relevant school for their specific application closing dates. However, the International Office recommends that international students should submit postgraduate applications before the 31st March in the year of entry.
