Healthy UCD Autumn Fitness Programme
Culture & Engagement and Healthy UCD are delighted, in conjunction with UCD Sport and Fitness, to offer three in-person classes this trimester.
Healthy UCD Bootcamp
Running every Monday and Friday indoors at lunchtimes, these classes, for all levels of fitness, will incorporate arms/abs and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts and a variety of other fitness exercises that will burn fat, improve fitness and energy levels.
Length of course: 6 Weeks (10 October to 18 November 2022)

Time: 1:10pm for 40 minutes

Healthy UCD Pilates
Our ever popular Pilates class return. Strengthen your core and improve your bodies range of motion.
Length of course: 6 Weeks (12 October to 16 November 2022)

Time: 1:10pm for 40 minutes

Healthy UCD Learn to Swim
We are delighted to be able to offer a third programme of learn to swim classes in the UCD Pool for beginners who would like to learn. Participants from the first two programme are ineligible.
Length of course: 6 Weeks (13, 20, 27 October, 10, 17, 24 November 2022)
