Information for Stage 1 Students
The below information is a guideline for Stage 1 students. Information may vary from programme to programme, so please use this (opens in a new window) Padlet page to see more detailed information.
Stage 1 students will be emailed when full Exchange information will be available to them on the UCD Global website. For now, please refer to the Padlet page. Thank you.
Important Dates

| Stage 1: September |
Initial information sessions about the exchange application process to take place |
| Stage 1: January - May |
Mandatory information sessions about the exchange process that students must attend or watch recordings at a later date. |
| Summer Break |
Complete DIGIPass Step 1 & 2 which is mandatory. Students should also start their research for their destinations. |
| Stage 2: September - November |
Refresher information sessions to be held. UCD Global to host drop-in hours and application clinics. Final research into teaching language (Erasmus Partner Language Information), budget, classes etc to be completed by students |
| Stage 2: November |
Applications will open for 2 weeks in November then close. No late applications will be accepted. We recommend also completing this checklist [insert checklist doc] to make sure you have done everything. |
| Stage 2: December |
Conditional offers are made, students will have 5 days to accept/reject the offer. |
