Virtually Visiting UCD

UCD has welcomed many international visitors, including representatives from existing partner institutions, potential new partners, Ambassadors and senior political figures. UCD Global Partnerships team also arranges virtual meetings and delegations to facilitate partnership development.

Intending requests for virtual meetings/ delegations are asked to complete a Visit Request Form. It is important that the form is completed online at least four weeks before the date of the prospective online meeting/ online delegation.

The Global Partnerships team will then liaise within the University to match visit requests with University personnel and advise the sender of the outcome of the request. Although all requests are considered carefully, the University is unable to service all requests.

Global Partnerships Forum

UCD hosted a Global Partnerships Forum on Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 April 2021. The Forum served as an opportunity for current UCD partners to hear from UCD and thought leaders on the future of global university partnerships, and provided partners unprecedented access to UCD colleagues and teams through a virtual meeting platform.

An overview of the flagship sessions and list of speakers can be found here: UCD Global Partnership Forum: Fáilte go UCD - Programme
