Information for Agents
Current Agents
UCD works with representatives overseas to promote the university and programme offerings. If you are a current representative working with UCD, you can access information on UCD courses, applying to UCD, accepting offers, important dates, and fee information.
We also provide promotional materials exclusively for our representatives. These resources are password-protected and can be accessed through our UCD Global Agent Portal. Please log in using the username and password provided to you or your company.
New Agents
UCD is very selective in its choice of agents. The number of appointments made is limited to ensure that their management is bespoke and effective. UCD Global invests significant resources in identifying and screening suitable agents, and in training and supporting them in their work.
Criteria for Agent Selection
When considering a new agent for appointment, UCD evaluates several key criteria. A primary factor is the agent’s specialisation in sending students to Irish and UK universities, demonstrated by a strong volume of current registrations. This indicates a proven track record in effective student counselling.
We also assess whether the agent represents comparable universities and has a history of successful collaboration with them. Additionally, we require a minimum of two references from existing university partners.
