Important Dates: Offer Holder Timeline

Congratulations on your offer, we're so excited to welcome you to the UCD community. Below, you’ll find important steps to help you prepare for the start of your studies. Take a few moments to read through everything carefully so you feel confident and ready for your journey at UCD.

  • 1. Accept your Offer

    The deadline to accept your offer will be stated in your offer letter. You may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. This will be deducted from your fee obligations. You can also log in to the Student Welcome Hub to accept an offer.Student Welcome Hub

  • 2. Book your Accommodation

    Check your emails for notification of when and how to book.

  • 3. Pay your Fees

    You can check your payment date obligations on the UCD fees website. Remember, if you require a visa to study in Ireland, you must pay the greater of €6,000 or half your tuition fee prior to submitting your visa application.Information on Fees

  • 4. Apply for your Visa (if necessary)

  • 5. Virtual or In-Person Pre-Departure Session (May and August)

    Attend a virtual or in-person pre-departure session with one of our teams. Check your emails and the UCD Global social media accounts for notifications.

  • 6. Register (August)

    Registration for the majority of programmes takes place in August and will be available through your UCD Connect account. This account will be available 48 hours prior to registration opening.

  • 7. Orientation (Late August/Early September)
