Each year, UCD offers a number of Global Excellence Scholarships for international students (on non-EU fees) starting their courses in September.

This scholarship is ONLY open to incoming students who are classed as non-EU for tuition fee purposes. (For information regarding fee classification please review the fees page.)
To apply for the Global Excellence Scholarship, students must first have received an offer (or conditional offer) to study in an eligible UCD course.

Scholarship results will be shared approximately seven weeks after each regional deadline via SISWeb.
There are a limited number of 100% and 50% tuition fee scholarships for outstanding international students.

No. If you are a continuing student, please note that scholarships are not automatically renewed.
All continuing students will be assessed for scholarship eligibility for the next academic year in accordance with the terms and conditions of your original award. The review process takes place after the end of the academic year, and all students will be notified of the outcome between late September and October.
There is no need to contact the office before this time unless you have a special request.
