Meditation Sessions Beginning 11 September

UCD Student Adviser Anna Sully invites you to a free meditation and relaxation session

The practice of heartfulness focuses on the heart, in a spiritual sense and the wisdom it has to offer. Heartfulness brings attention away from the mind and redirects to the heart, helping to experience calmer, clearer and more balanced thoughts.

When: Wednesdays from 5.30-6pm (from 11 September
