Heartfulness Meditation

UCD Student Adviser Anna Sully invites you to a free meditation and relaxation session called Heartfulness.

The practice of heartfulness focuses on the heart, in a spiritual sense and the wisdom it has to offer. Heartfulness brings attention away from the mind and redirects to the heart, helping to experience calmer, clearer and more balanced thoughts.

When: Wednesdays from 5.30-6pm (from 23rd January- 6th March & 27th March - 24th of April)

Where: C117 Health Sciences

Who: All UCD students and staff welcome
