The Business, Law and Regulation Research Group (BLREG) will convene again on Monday 17 December at 3:00 PM in the Harty Boardroom - Room L106 in the Sutherland School of Law.
We are hosting two very special guests, Professor Claire Hill, University of Minnesota & Professor Stephen Bottomley, Australian National University will present on Research Developments and Ideas in the Spheres of Corporate and Commercial Law.
This marks our end-of-semester BLREG meeting and will provide an opportunity to hear not only from our guest speakers, but also from our BLREG colleagues who can update us on how their research plans evolved this semester.
To keep the spirit festive, mince pies will be served!
This research group aims to provide a dynamic, supportive forum for cutting-edge research and critical debate on the way we regulate business. This includes, but is not limited to, the sub-fields of commercial and corporate law/regulation, competition law/regulation, financial services law/regulation, intellectual property law/regulation, tax law/regulation and the regulation of professions. BLREG's activities include regular research seminars, conferences and CPD training sessions, and a working paper series.
